Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital products and digital content made via incomeskilllab.com and provided by Income Skill Lab, operated by Kristian Snaczke, Steinhuegel 21, 58455 Witten, Germany (“we”, “us”, “Provider”). All products are delivered exclusively in digital form and are not supplied on a tangible medium. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun. Performance begins when access to the digital content is provided, including download access, account access, or delivery of access credentials.

The right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. By completing your purchase and confirming the required consent during checkout, you expressly agree that access may begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance has started.

If such consent and acknowledgment were not properly obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Independently of statutory rights, Income Skill Lab offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. You may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase by contacting info@incomeskilllab.com and providing sufficient information to identify your order.

Refunds granted under this voluntary guarantee will be processed using the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, fraudulent behavior, repeated refund patterns, or ongoing payment disputes. This voluntary guarantee does not limit or replace mandatory statutory rights.

6. Technical Issues and Defective Delivery

If you experience technical problems accessing your purchased digital product due to an error attributable to us, please contact info@incomeskilllab.com. We will provide a reasonable remedy, including re-delivery or corrected access. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and constitutes a material defect, you may be entitled to further rights under applicable law.
