Scope and Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital products and digital content made via this website, operated by MindGrow Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). All products offered through this website are delivered exclusively in digital form — including but not limited to eBooks, PDF documents, templates, guides, and downloadable files — and are not supplied on a physical medium. For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, the refund and dispute process may be handled by Lemon Squeezy directly, as described below.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Digital Products and Default Position on Refunds

Digital products are made available immediately upon successful payment. Because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, or copied upon delivery, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Accordingly, all sales are final by default once a digital product has been delivered — including via download link, account access, or email delivery of access credentials.

We are not obligated to issue a refund solely because you changed your mind, purchased in error, did not use the product, or did not achieve a particular outcome or result from using it. Descriptions of our digital products are provided in good faith to give you an accurate understanding of what you will receive before purchasing.

Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

As a goodwill policy, and independently of any legal obligation, MindGrow Systems LLC offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on digital product purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

To request a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase
  • You contact us at the email address listed in Section 8 of this Policy, or — for purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy — you contact Lemon Squeezy directly in accordance with their refund policies at lemonsqueezy.com
  • You provide sufficient information to identify your order, such as your order confirmation number or the email address used at checkout

No reason is required for a request submitted within the guarantee period. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We have no control over processing times once a refund has been initiated on our end.

This voluntary guarantee does not create a legal entitlement and may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases at any time. The version of this guarantee in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, for example where a product was partially defective, where only a portion of a bundle was affected by a technical issue, or where other extenuating circumstances make a full refund unreasonable but a partial remedy appropriate. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

When We May Decline a Refund Request

We reserve the right to decline a refund request under the voluntary guarantee in the following circumstances:

  • The 30-day guarantee window has passed at the time the request is submitted
  • The same customer has submitted repeated refund requests across one or more purchases, suggesting a pattern of misuse
  • There is evidence of fraudulent behavior, unauthorized payment use, or deliberate abuse of the guarantee
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has already been initiated with your bank or payment provider for the same transaction before contacting us
  • The request relates to dissatisfaction with outcomes or results, which are expressly disclaimed in our Earnings Disclaimer & Results Notice

Declining a refund request under the voluntary guarantee does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to request a refund, we may consider this a forfeiture of the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for that transaction. We will respond to the dispute through our payment processor and provide documentation of your purchase, delivery, and any relevant communications.

Chargebacks initiated without a prior refund request may result in suspension of access to the digital product and refusal of future purchases from the same customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For Stripe-processed transactions, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. For Lemon Squeezy-processed transactions, please refer to the section below. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without the delays and complications that a formal dispute process involves.

Purchases Processed Through Lemon Squeezy 

For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record. This means that your purchase contract for those transactions is legally concluded with Lemon Squeezy, not with MindGrow Systems LLC. Accordingly, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing refunds, handling payment disputes, and managing chargebacks for those transactions. For Lemon Squeezy-processed transactions, refund requests and payment disputes should be directed to Lemon Squeezy. The final refund decision and processing are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own refund and dispute policies, available at lemonsqueezy.com. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all purchases regardless of which payment processor was used, to the extent that we are able to facilitate the refund within Lemon Squeezy’s policies.

Technical Issues and Defective Delivery

If you are unable to access your purchased digital product due to a technical error attributable to us — such as a broken download link, failed email delivery, or corrupted file — please contact us as described in Section 8 as soon as possible and include the following:

  • Your order confirmation number or the email address used at checkout
  • A description of the issue you are experiencing
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages, if available

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem promptly, including re-sending access credentials, providing a corrected file, or offering an alternative delivery method. If a material defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, incompatible software, blocked emails, or other factors outside our control, provided that the digital product itself was delivered correctly and is not defective.

Price Changes and Promotional Pricing

Prices for digital products may change at any time. A price reduction or promotional offer introduced after your purchase does not entitle you to a refund of the price difference. The price applicable at the time of your order is the binding contract price for that transaction.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this website. The version of this Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that specific transaction. We encourage you to review this Policy before making a purchase.

Relationship to Other Legal Documents 

This Refund Policy forms part of the legal framework governing your use of this website, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Earnings Disclaimer & Results Notice, and any other legal notices published on this website. In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and another legal document, the more specific document governs with respect to the matter it addresses.
